I don't know why everyone on this thread complains so much. First of all wait for NAS and second of all this is a business not a social club, the CEO isn't going to write you a letter he isn't your pen pal he doesn't owe you anything. Delays happen in any business, would you rather them rush the most important deal in unilife history and screw it up? Talk like this sounds a lot more like punting than investing, seriously think about it! If you're a gambling addict get out and get help.
