No kidding, Proxylady. I've been watching AMU for yonks (non-holder, though), and you have a clause with AMU like I have with RDF: if the AUD is <$1.03, RDF holders get $1.70ps. If the AUD is >$1.03, we get $1.67ps. The higher the AUD rises, the less we get.
I see this as one of the many new ways that takeover predators screw shareholders. There seems to be more and more get out of jail free cards, and I watch the advisers copy cat on the more onerous clauses.
