Material Aquisition

Hmm. Thinking outside the square, we are assuming we are "buying" or aquiring something... What if someone is buying from us ? Could that fit the wording?
The lack of info on P & G... what if they are buying the rights for the products they already have and in the pipeline??? We sell them the tech, and go along our way with Peros etc??
Im sure 20 mill or so OBJ would sell off to P & G and it would fund us for our own Exploits... just putting it out there
