when I 1st read the ann, my initial impression was that another company could had bought a percentage of wellfully, with something of an upfront and a sharing of expenses and expertise (cosmetic or marketing co). but not so sure about that now.
the London lab scenario seems possible, since we don't have cash finance to acquire anything and Steven maybe willing to accept payment in shares. being able to get haircare products for our pods is a good fit and we have Steve's post (as mparry has said), what is the breakthrough tech and who supplies it.
or something like rebel has purposed, but I suppose it's all guess work until Tuesday, and possibly why the 4c was so brief because a lot of OBJ's future direction will be shown in this announcement
