    my preference would be a rights issue,say 1 for 8 with around 250m shares that gives us 31+m on offer at say 65c.I think if accompanied with (good) news it would get swallowed up by shareholders.The $20m raised will cover the first 4 wells and bobs your uncle,the plan is in motion
