its simple folks. the oppies are dead and they need money.

this will probably bring them up to 2bil shares on issue.

they currently have no debt because no-one will lend them money when they have no income or any certainty on generating any income. thats what the bfs is for.

i admire everyones optimism but you cant seriously think that the sp will go up by 50% within a week or so of trading after the announcement just to get to the break even price of the oppies(providing you got them for free).

its just the annual cap raising and free option issue.
