Im sure it was Peters intentions back then.
the AGM was 4 months ago & we have seen some big changes in the economy since so maybe the Directors have had to look at options they never thought they would.
Low Oil prices may have led them think of the worst case scenario.
But i think everybodys jumping the gun....ATM.
