Im with Pawnking for now. We need to see the details before hanging ourselves. ELK were always going to raise money somehow to advance their projects. Perhaps a JV may not now be necessary on some project - who knows. Perhaps this may be a good thing, as if it leads to substantial income generation we should all profit hopefully.
No doubt we will take a hit but it may be worth it in time. I will remain open minded until more detail is provided.
