nice one I would of thought a raise at 8 or 9 cents diluting CTP 15% would make the oppies totally doomed. The announcement states a MATERIAL raise so you would think it is at least 10% maybe a lot more. Also it is fine to finally have some cash(theres that dirty word SL)but we cannot drill without rigs and we know what has been stated about their availability.
It appears he has given up on the oppies
