RC possibly could have had a CR and sourced a drill rig when he came on board ??
It's only been 18 months or so since oil first discovered at Surprise and still not a PL.
"If you ever get a chance to ask him, perhaps you should ask whether he would have let go of the rig at that time..."
Seems JH was correct in not wanting the rig to be sent away at the time.
I've never spoken to RC on the phone whenever I've phoned CTP, unlike JH, who would personally return phone calls or emails.
