My guess is if they are negotiating terms for 'material funding' right now, whoever is stumping up the money would know the longer they drag it out the more favourable the terms will be. Meanwhile if the mine is doing well, then it would give MP more negotiating power. So although it's frustrating sitting here in the dark, I would rather MP hang in there and get a decent deal for all of us. It is hard not knowing though....
