Previous announcements have clearly indicated that the directors have been in dialogue with many interested parties for quite some time.
I believe that the announcement will be major as negotiations have most likely been in the pipeline throughout this current year.
Perhaps there have been hurdles in negotiations but clearly the major companies interested in the technology have been trying to negotiate on their terms. If we are dealing with major corporations with greater bargaining powers then I believe that the current depressed share price may have assisted in obtaining a better deal.
Nevertheless all will be revealed soon and we will all recalculate the dollars and potential dividend that will accrue to us shareholders as a reward for being faithful.
Hopefully my calculations will derive a healthy value of PSY.
If we are dealing with a major corporation then I expect a share price over $1.00
