“We draw attention to Note 1 in the half-year financial report which indicates that the consolidated entity incurred a net loss of $12 259 005 and incurred net cash outflows from operating activities of $10 550 463 for the period ended 31 December 2019. These conditions along with other matters as set forth in Note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the consolidated entity’s ability to continue as a going concern.”
