I take some comfort from Perennial taking a substantial stake post that announcement. The funds have access to management and anything potentially onerous will likely have been discussed, and if so, disclosed to the market.
My belief is the downward trend has been due to low liquidity and as intimated by other posters, funds who dont have a sub ASX300 mandate unwinding their position.
