I hope your correct,it seems a reasonable explanation.
If I had a larger holding of sxe and had held it for a longer period ie my understanding of the co, I would not hesitate to phone the co and ask how can you include in the same announcement you have concerns about decmils financial position but then you let sub contract debt build to $11m above original contract.
