    Only the Big Australian ones.
    Back in favour only in a sense, that investors are not dumping them in panic, more like orderly exit by some.

    If property not in Oz, investors very reluctant to support, even if distributions look attractive.

    I was in one where the distros received were negated by big falls in unit price.
