Telstra have accepted some responsibility but are challenging the fine....so could be a while yet if that is the factor preventing them from finalising the agreement with Vita

Also if this were a Vita store/s, surely Vita would be party to this action (as a defendant along with Telstra) in which case they would have to release some statement to the ASX.....I'm hoping that this is not one of their stores so are not party to this (hopefully)
