TlS will buy us at 2.5 times, then add it to their market cap at 10 times I think Maxine can grow our new business organically rather than pay 10 times.
Just return a large portion of the sale proceeds via a franked dividend and I will be happy. Remember Maxine is a large shareholder who will be doing what's best for her after 20 years running a great business for a miserable master
