Looking back at annual reports it looks like the north Brisbane business center was bought in 2015 along with other business centers for $8.1m or 2.2x EBITDA (for all three transactions in july, august and nov 2015). Not sure about the exit cost but if it was done in June then we will see it in the the year end report due in august. might be around 2m extra cash.
