However, they own 60% of LAR and should not be at the mercy of their management.
They should have pulled their finger out a long time ago and never should have gifted them 65mil shares which has resulted in nothing more than dilution to SH's.
The time to throw their weight around was long ago, but it's better late then never.
BM needs to grow a pair.
