They should have mentioned that in the results announcement.
Anyway, we have 1245 tests minus 200 (minimum) excluded = 1045 (maximum) people diagnosed with respiratory disease. Subtract that from 1180 total diagnoses leaves 135 and divide that by 2 leaves 67 cases where people had two respiratory diseases simultaneously. That gives 6.4% (67/1045) of cough presentations as having two respiratory diseases simultaneously. That seems high for US kids, but I guess they'd say that's caused by the failure to follow protocol.
