Thing with legal action is, you can overthrow a board, and you can get a product investigated (and possibly scrapped altogether if it's built on a lie), and you can maybe even get someone prosecuted. But you're not going to get any money back, because no company can return what they no longer have. And the SP will tank, properly, once a class action is announced. Guess you have to ask yourself what you wish to achieve.
