Yes I agree that the FINAL report, after case by case has been identified, will weed out the 'apples' in to type a,b,c,d,e ... and as what @dannyleb said. PRELIMINARY report easily revise to the FINAL version showing the all cases, identify the percentages by group or even by case.
I think that's what FDA will want to see and know and so rules can be identified and set for use of device and the app.
