Annual rent ( if $270 p/w ) = 270 x 52 = 14040 pa

You were paying = 1080 x 12 = 12960 pa

Difference is 1080 pa, ie, approx $90 pcm

So, roughly for 3mo and 2 wks, you are looking at around a shortfall of approx $315.

Have never yet met an agent who gave me a discount for short months !
