The other way to look at it is that a lot of those “loyal shareholders” never bought in the ipo or previous capital raises so never directly gave the company any capital.
Alot of companies raising capital also don’t do spp even giving shareholders the option to participate at raise cost. They are also giving existing holders the better price of either the insto price or the 5 Vwap which is another bonus to existing holders.
How do you propose they should have raised the 68m+ capital required?
