Guys... this is about as good as a capital raise gets. The placement was done at a premium to the sp on the day they announced and we get a crack at an SPP. Not only that they have a dam good reason to do the raise i.e their infrastructure cant keep up with the book growth. If you are so pissed about not getting to opportunity just go buy a big chunk on market? sp was below the spp price for a few days not long ago. The pro rata raisings are going to be just as if not more dilutive as in order for "loyal" shareholder to participate its need to be at a discount, otherwise would you sign up?
