Looks like BOW does want to issue another 15% of its capital during the next 12 months without the need to obtain further shareholder approval (on basis of a yes vote to AGM resolutions).
Lets hope it's @ least 30 cents a share.
Until today I didn't know that on 26th Sept 08 BOW issued 714,285 shares @ 29 cents plus gave a $220,000 cash consideration.
