    Dale Rodgers wanted to exclude his existing shareholders from the CR as many others have done but he needed to do it indirectly. He was very successful as Exmin has stated ....1% participation makes only 15 shareholders out of a total of 1390.
    Great job Dale...acting in the best interests of shareholders....I don't think so!!!
