Look my point is the math do not work there is a mistake in that announcement somewhere or how we are interpreting it. If your math from paragraph a is right then the math that follows from paragraph b contradicts this. The idea that only 15 shareholders took place in the spp does not ring true with me. I participated with two accounts that leaves another 13. This just does not ring true. If I get time later I will try contacting the company. Just to make it quite clear I am not a company insider. I do believe this company has great potential and they did need the injection of money. No one likes dilution but sometimes it is a necessary evil.
