Sorry but those Labor figures are a crock if poo. It would be like me saying I plan to buy a Ferrari costing $1M then later saying I won't then proudly trumpeting to the wife look I just saved $1M woohoo!

Appendix I 'Historical budget and net financial worth data' found in the Budget Overview has the following:

2006-07 Revenue $294B Expenditure $271B
2012-13 Revenue $350B Expenditure $367B

This was never a problem with revenue. It was always about the excessive expenditure.
