The Matilda’s would have more chances of pulling a crowd in Sydney, see this game v England.
Tonight’s Matilda’s might be the final nail in the Seven West Media coffin. SWM is probably a loss making machine now. Might have to be sold to ITV or the Murdoch’s or someone in a fire sale.
SingTel’s Optus got on another dud with the Womens World Cup but Seven West Media is the real loser out of tonight.
Seven West might have to sell the rights to the VFL like they did with the cricket.
