I agree with Swiper,
I seriously believe the cost or value of acquiring the Matmor process is questionable, if ECT has to pay to develope the process, which essentially is the (IP) in environment that other industries are using something similar processes.
There is merits what ECT is doing by splitting the IP between Matmor and Coldry, as there is value in Coldry, but I feel there is no value in Matmor, particularity if it was tested legally.
