there are others who know the hold up and mgmt better then me - but from what I can gather they are still negotiating what should be included in the contract of IP ownership between the two parties.

From what I can gather we are at the stage before where my lawyer would send your lawyer a copy of the contract and we negotiate over the small print. Which would be the final stages of the IP procurement.

This is only me reading between the lines - but there would be appear to be some very real differences between the parties about the nuts and bolts of the purchase.
