Good point, often these types of things need a listed vehicle to get cracking properly. that goes for many different industries, products etc.
the thing that has me interested though is the potential short term significant re-rating and blue sky related upside that could be avaialble in the stock once the deal is done.
and if the term "shortly" is accurate, with a reasonably low market cap the short term price target for this stock could be quite high.
But of course, it all hangs on the IP......
