I got the same sort of responses when i called (I did not call yesterday nor this week for that matter, so others may have a clearer idea) and i can only add that he did have me feeling that the IP was a given now and i understood that the formalities simply needed to play out.
I can say that i did not feel he was stressed, but moreso relayed a capable confidence and i sensed his "driven" nature made his ideas very reachable, if not almost reached in many ways.
It was a long call and we communicated on a different level as it was more a personal call for us both, with my environmental concerns and his company clean-up triumphs leading the discussion.
Do your own research and thanks for all the DD leads that posters are providing with their detailed comments.
I can look into them fairly easily when they are written without ambiguity, so cheers to all who do such.
