Its not the main lonstanding debt that's the problem I think. Glencore provisionally paid MRX for copper concentrate based on a ceratin pricing formula. However, because of the collapse of the $USD copper price, MRX were effectively overpaid and now owe money to Glencore. They cannot pay it as is it. That's my quicky evaulation anyway.
