That highlighted bit is significantly different to what was indicated in the AFR.........it's almost as if the AFR just got some indication of a proposal and ran with a story (concocted from where???)
The ASX release seems to indicate that AIS has approached Matrix to see if they are interested in a purchase of AIS (perhaps AIS are having the same issues in securing deals given all the uncertainty in the O&G space and also low prices atm).
