I had another look around and found the following...
Please correct me if I am wrong, but here goes.
Effective date, 5/10/10, Change in substantial holding of 3,297,117 shares sold for $322,959.00
Effective date, 27/10/10, Change in substantial holding of 5,202,883 shares sold for $437,966.00
and 4/11/10 Effective date, CEASED to be a substantial holder, (Form 605) 6,100,000 shares sold for $500,200.
Total shares sold: 14,600,000.
I am not able to find a notice for the missing 10,400,000 shares. Effective on the 16/7/10, MRX became a substantial holder with the payment of 25million shares (or 8.15% holding) "in satisfaction of purchase price payable to Matrix...etc" for $2.5 consideration.

Can you please enlighten me on the dates for the missing 14.6million shares.

But in essence, it remains that MRX are no longer a substantial holder, as per the announcement of 10NOV10.
