Hi Folks, I'm not a holder but am interested in any comments from long term holders related to the ore sales agreement struck with AAGA back in 2019.
I am specifically looking for positives and negatives to MAT from this agreement.
I note the sp is lower now than when the agreement was struck. I note in the initial ann the details of the agreement were confidential but that: ' ...costs and revenues ... within the parameters of previous mining studies ...'
Has MAT made any substantial money from the agreement or at least stemmed dilution to holders ... developing other projects through the funding agreement?
I'm just fumbling my way through the last two years' ann, so any help appreciated. Thanks in advance, Perdy
