The bunch of Directors and Management folks including Paul Poli.
In total one year they are sucking out $1M AUD from Matsa.
With or without achievement or even loss making project etc. And matsa Market Capitalization now is AUD $20M ++
Which is to say if they hang on in the company for 20years. They effectively is worth as much as MATSA itself just on fee income with no risk.
Anybody have any take on it? Why is the team sucking so much money from the company? Usually Directors that takes lower Director Fee have a greater interest of the company rather than himself. There are alot of strong and more capable Directors outside just drawing AUD $100K+ per annum. And is really making lots of contribution to the company everyday.
Why is nobody talking about it?
Any thoughts guy? Or am I just being too myopic in this matter.
