You are unsaved based on what the Bible teaches. You deem yourself qualified to make this judgement based on your contradictory views of the Bible. Jesus could have had people like you in mind when he said that we should not judge because in turn we are judged.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Note that every man is judged according to their works, and nothing about beliefs which supports what I read on Christ's teachings on the subject. --- If you are happy to judge others based on your variable criteria go for it because your judgement has no impact on them but could have an impact on yourself.
