Prospect Resources [ASXPSC]
Prospect Resources own the Arcadia Lithium Project in Zimbabwe. They have an ore Reserve of 26.9Mt @ 1.31% Li2O and 128 ppm Ta2O5. Mineral Resources are 43.2 Mt @ 1.41 % Li2O and 119 ppm Ta2O5. The company has an equity off-take partner Sinomine for approximately 70% of Phase 1 production over 7 years, including a S$10,000,000 prepayment under off-take agreement.
On March 19, Prospect announced: "Significant value upgrade following updated PFS - Arcadia."
Results include:
"Pre-tax NPV10% of USD340m, IRR of 77% and payback of 2 years.
LoM Revenue USD2.6 Billion at a Cash Operating Cost of USD287 per tonne concentrate.
Capital Expenditure estimate of USD52.5m."
