First production 2023 for ARL... hmm... quite number of other hopefuls will race to beat that deadline of production. We are, after all, talking 4+ years from now.
A far fewer number will have a realistic chance of actually doing it... but there is no shortage of company's claiming they will be producing before 2023.
I think you are correct... the 2023 date scared some people... and the Co assumed price scared some others.
