Seems even Mr.Bohlson has trouble with the word ‘by’.
By 2022 does not mean after 2022.....
if only it was so flexible I would have never had a mark against my name in school for not completing my homework by Monday etc- I could have just handed it in after the day it was BY.

Use BY date = tomorrow means we must use the product today or tomorrow at the latest, not the day after, so if the use by date was 2022, we could not use the product in 2023.... poor old Al Capone would be turning in his grave! ( its been said he was behind the invention of the use by date as he hated growing up with sour/off milk as the child of a poor family ).

Basic definitions of words being thrown away like they are these days.... we all may as well give up using words altogether & just start communicating via grunts, whistles, winks & farts.
