    I haven't created the lazy generation.
    Our sons work 12 hour days. One of them has been running a company employing 50 people for years and he is only 31 now.
    I suspect he pays more tax than you earn.
    As for fruit picking you admit it is a hard, lowly paid job which you are too smart to do but you expect other Australians to jump at the chance.
    Just a hypocrite plain and simple.
    No one can be a fruit picker and qualify to borrow money for a car let alone a house. It is itinerant work which backpackers do for a short period before they go back to their careers.
    Have some common sense.
