On the cap raise speculation i can see that it will be inevitable, and probably sooner rather than later. Thre are always reasons why things have not worked out and most investors understand that, some get to the point that they no longer want excuses and pull out. I have recently noticed huge dumps of shares as someone big has probably lost the glint of hope. So my take on it is there will be further dilution. As i said in another post , an arrangement for processing the toll is what will see this thing hit the runway. Until then loading cargo means nothing, even if the plane is loaded to the hilt with additional options of securing more raw material. Without processing its still on the tarmac. My best guess with all these announcements are that as a company we seem to be up against it, no amount of good news is going to move the price fast unless that news is about some way forward into processing. Whether there are underlying reasons for the "strategic acquisitions" recently announced I cannot tell or see how it plays into the scheme of things, but my speculation is that every avenue that is being explored , as you put it"clutching at straws" eventually puts a better case forward when trying to secure a path to processing.Lets wait for the cap raise announcements, and see how they are structured, my bet is there will probably be some incentive for uptake, like freebie options or something - IMO DYOR.Anyway if the market stymies the cap raise then Fengels's "Poof" may be a possible but anyone who is in this share understands the "caveat emptor" but may have more of a "Qui audet vincit" approach or more aptly "Patientes estote et vicit" because of the time it takes.Anyway, all this being said and less than 4 quarters of funding according to the balance sheet( and I know we were in way more dire situation and never gave up then, why should we now when the story has improved so much since then imo with Jorc resource etc. All IMO but at the end of it would you rather see it succeed in the longer term or fail in the short term. Even a clock is right twice a day why can the things not line up for this company they/and the shareholders have put in the long hard yards and even if the finish-line is not yet in sight the race is not over yntill you sit on the sideline, IMO up to now "clutching straws" trying to make things work ( out of breath or not) is bby far no indication of the end of the race. All IMO DYOR, Hunker down as it is long not over I dont even see it in the next 18 months , but im not giving up possible "poof" or not.IMO Follow your own strategy this is not a recommendation to remain , buy or invest, DYOR you will have plenty of time for that imo.
On the cap raise speculation i can see that it will be...
