If that is the case, BHPP have really shafted us and walked away with only paying us $3m. If we have no lease then we have nothing to drill and the payment of $25m for for drilling will never be required.
I hope all this is wrong but it is beginning to look very suspect to say the least. And as you say, Gregor is an ex BHP man. I wonder where his next job will be?
