My theory on Matthew Boysen (and it's only my theory) is that he's heavily invested in the company and he wants some return out of his investment. If he thinks that the current Board is bleeding cash and that a new Board can do a better job for shareholders, then I can't see a reason why I wouldn't support that initiative
