I would compare market caps instead of share price, but your point still stands. I think what is keeping the share price deflated at the moment is the uncertainty of whether MAU will become a miner and take this project on themselves, or if someone else will come in and buy this project from them. Regardless of which of those two options become a reality, we should see a massive increase in share price.
In my opinion it would be silly to sit on the sidelines just watching this one waiting for certainty, but different people have different risk tolerances.
