    Mauna Kea looked financially troubled until a Chinese JV partner came along. The presentation is interesting reading. However it begs the question -if Optiscan technology is really superior why did the Chinese choose Mauna Kea? Assuming it is paid, Mauna Kea will receive $US10m, as part of the deal.
